CR's Take This Brinkmann medium sized grill was very good in overall performance. It has • A side burner • Rotary ignitor • 535 sq. in. of shelf space • Has 2 wheels & 2 casters for easier moving • Propane tank not included • No Infrared burner • Additional feature(s): None Highs • High temperature evenness is excellent • Low temperature performance is very good • Indirect cooking is very good Lows • Propane tank not included Detailed test results High temp evenness: This model performed excellent in our high-temperature test, which measures heating evenness over the grill's surface using thermocouples. Low temp evenness: This model performed very good in our low-temperature test, which combines heating evenness over the grill's surface, using thermocouples, and the ability to cook chicken and fish at that setting without burning the food. Indirect Cooking: This model performed very good in our indirect-cooking test, which gauges how well grills slow-cook foods when only some of the burners are on and the food isn' t placed directly over the flame.
